An approach that is organic, ethical and traceable
A fresh, healthy and varied on-site or take away menu. All our juices and snacks are prepared here every morning depending on the seasons and what we fancy. The recipes are inspired by our globetrotting. We travel the worldto bring you the best!
We are pillars of the local community though we have (yet) to achieve carbon-neutral status! Our passion is for organic seasonal fruits and vegetables.

The menu at Maisie is vegan, gluten free and organic, because it's simply better for you!
All our dishes are prepared on-site such as our vegetable milks with rice, the cashew nuts or the crackers.
The Maisie Granola is a mixture of seeds and gluten-free cereals, with delicious dried fruits with nuts. It is sweetened with agave syrup and cooked at low temperature to preserve its nutritional qualities and make it easy to digest!
In our organic cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, or Maisie's menu, you'll find nutritious, nutrient-rich foods to strengthen your immune system: garlic, lemon, ginger, berries, kiwi, green tea, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, but also ... super foods like spirulina, maca, hemp, chia seeds etc. for their energizing and antioxidant properties!
Our gluten-free cereal focaccia bread is made by Chambelland the baker, and our coffee blend has been developed for Maisie by the Lomi Coffee Roasting House.
Not forgetting vegetable protein sources like pumpkin seeds, chickpeas, but also buckwheat, quinoa, nuts, silky tofu ...
And our gourmet desserts, because they’re yummy and uplifting!
